Seattle airport facilities, A to Z
SEA facilities by security side, with gate locations, hours, bag storage prices, food, shops, transport and help when something goes wrong.

Find your gate letter and which side of security you’re on, then use the lists below. SEA’s Main Terminal holds all six concourses. You can walk between A, B, C and D after screening. The N and S Concourses need the SEA Underground train, which stays inside security.
If you’re heading out to collect a bag, smoke or use a service before security, allow time to be screened again. The Port of Seattle’s interactive map gives directions from where you’re standing to a gate or shop.
Ticketing and the A–D gates are on Level 5. Baggage claim and the B20–B21 and D20–D26 gates are on Level 3. Level 4 has Skybridges 1–6 to the garage. SEA Underground platforms are on Level 2. The Blue Line connects S, B and A Stations. The Green Line connects N, C and D. Trains arrive about every three minutes. Change between loops on the Yellow Line from A to D.

AEDs and first aid. AEDs are placed throughout the terminal, and information desks keep first-aid supplies. Port of Seattle Police has offices on baggage claim near Door 16 and on ticketing at the Central Checkpoint. In an emergency, call or text 9-1-1. For non-emergency police help, call (206) 787-5401.
The vaccine clinic is on the Conference Center mezzanine at the south end of the Main Terminal. It is by appointment only.
Books. Find the Little Free Libraries after security in A Concourse: children’s books across from the A1 play area, and a general book exchange above A Station near the escalator across from A3. Take a book or leave one for free.
The Lookout at C is an observation deck after security. Find it on the C Concourse’s third level, above Gate C3.
ATMs. The airport map holds 12 ATM points. Eight are after security: by Gates A5, A9, B1, D2, N10 and S3, by Hudson in the Central Terminal, and by Sub Pop near the exit from the C and D Gates. None is by the C gates. Before security, one is behind the Delta check-in, two are on baggage claim (one by Claim 3), and one is on the mezzanine.
Baggage claim and airline bag offices. Domestic claim is on Main Terminal Level 3. International arrivals use Claims 18–24 in the International Arrivals Facility. The map notes that claim assignments can change, so the arrival displays have the final say. Airline bag offices and usual carousels:

Storage takes no reservations and runs first come, first served. Carts are on baggage claim, curbside, the garage and international arrivals.
Port Valet, for cruise passengers. The Port’s free bag transfer takes checked bags from ships at Pier 66 (Bell Street) and Pier 91 (Smith Cove) to your airline at SEA. Enroll online before the cruise or on the form in your stateroom. The crew collects your bags from outside your cabin the night before you dock and leaves boarding passes and bag tags. At SEA, skip bag drop and go straight to security. Your flight must leave before 1:30 a.m. the next day. Alaska, American, Delta, Horizon, JetBlue, Southwest and United take Port Valet bags, and Delta takes domestic flights only. Carnival, Celebrity, Cunard, Holland America, Norwegian, Princess and Royal Caribbean take part. Airline bag fees still apply.
Bicycle resources. Enter from the north via the Link station pedestrian bridge or from Pacific Highway S and S 182nd St through Door 4. The Port says the pedestrian bridge to International Boulevard is open around the clock, and the elevator and stairs on the west side of the station reach street level on International Boulevard. Racks are mapped by Bag Claim 13, Doors 2, 4 and 6, and Skybridges 1 and 6. BikeLink lockers are at street level at Pacific Highway S and S 176th St.
Charging and Wi-Fi. After security, A has stations by A1, A2 (two), A3, A4, A5, A8 and A9, plus FuelRod kiosks by A5 and A10. Children’s play areas. One is near Gate A1 beside Qdoba, the other near Gate D25. The A1 area closes for cleaning Tuesday and Saturday, 1–3 a.m. A family restroom and nursing room are near the A play area. Hudson stores sell diapers and medicine, including Hudson by A4. A Baby Foodie vending machine beside the A1 play area stocks snacks, formula, diapers, wipes and pacifiers. The free Agents of Discovery app adds Missions to play while you’re at SEA.
The Conference Center at SEA. Before security, find it on the Main Terminal mezzanine at the south end. It opens Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Room rental rates depend on the room and booking length. Call the Sales Team at (206) 787-6602 for a price.
Curbside check-in. Delta offers it on the upper departures drive near Door 17.
Currency exchange. ICE has one booth by Delta Ticketing before security and two after, near A3 and S1. The Port of Seattle’s map lists Delta Ticketing daily 5:15 a.m.–4:45 p.m., A3 9:15 a.m.–4:45 p.m. and S1 9:15 a.m.–8:45 p.m. The Port of Seattle’s Explore SEA listings give the ticketing booth 7:15 a.m.–8:45 p.m., A3 9:15 a.m.–4:45 p.m. and S1 7:15 a.m.–4:45 p.m. The two Port listings agree on A3 but differ on the other booths.
Duty free and shopping. Dufry has stores by A10, D1 and S10. For medicine, toiletries or a phone cable, start with the shops directory. Hudson’s listings include pharmacy items, books, news and toiletries. InMotion at A5 and D6 list electronics.

Four are outside: Door 33 on the departures drive, Door 26 on the arrivals drive, the south end of baggage claim near Doors 00/02 past Carousel 1, and the first level of the garage near the blue elevators and the cruise lobby. Keep pets leashed and use elevators instead of escalators.

Most other restrooms have them too. After security in D, an all-gender restroom near Checkpoint 5 has 10 large single-person stalls and 2 wheelchair-accessible stalls, with multiple baby changing tables.
Security screening. Any checkpoint reaches every gate, so you don’t need to match it to your concourse. More than a third of travelers arrive before 9 a.m., and more busy spells run from 2 to 5 p.m. and from 9 to 11 p.m. The Port says to arrive two hours before a domestic departure and three hours before an international one. Its live wait-times page lists general and CLEAR+ lanes. Checkpoint 2 is near A and S, 4 a.m.–4 p.m., with PreCheck and a U.S. Service Member Lane. Checkpoint 3 is near A and S, 4 a.m.–11:30 p.m. Its PreCheck and Touchless ID lanes run 4 a.m.–8 p.m. Checkpoint 4 is near Central Terminal, B and C, and stays open 24 hours. It has a Family Lane. Existing bookings are honored at Checkpoint 4 through the service’s last day. CLEAR Concierge is an optional paid service from $99: a curbside greeting, bag assistance and an escort through the CLEAR+ lane to your gate.
Sensory rooms. After security, find one in the long hallway by the elevators at A Station and the other on Level 3 above C3 near the Lookout. Both open daily 4 a.m.–midnight. Call (206) 787-5229 and press 1 for the door code. Children need an adult with them.
Showers and spa. You won’t find a public shower on SEA’s listings. The map marks showers inside five lounge locations, all after security: Delta Sky Club at A1, Delta Sky Club and Delta One by A11, the Centurion Lounge in Central Terminal, The Club on S by S10, and British Airways Terraces by S9. Each lounge has its own entry rules, listed on its page. Terminal Getaway Spa is near A5 after security. The Port of Seattle’s map lists it daily 7 a.m.–9 p.m. The Port of Seattle’s Explore SEA listings give Monday–Friday 7 a.m.–9 p.m., with massage only 11 a.m.–4 p.m. Monday–Wednesday and noon–5 p.m. Thursday and Friday. The spa lists full-body and chair massage, facials, waxing, manicures and pedicures.
Sleeping and private work booths. For a bed, use an airport hotel and its courtesy shuttle. If you need a private seat and desk, Jabbrrbox has single-person booths near A5 and A8, after security. Book at the outside of the booth in 15-minute blocks, up to two hours.
Smoking areas. The designated outdoor spots are by departures Doors 5 and 33 and baggage-claim Door 00, all before security. Smoking isn’t allowed in the terminal, on the airfield or elsewhere in the garage and drives. After security, going out means screening again. Follow the smoking guide and the Port of Seattle’s designated outdoor signs.
Water refills. The airport map marks 28 refill stations. In international arrivals, it marks stations at passport control, Claim 23, bag recheck and the mezzanine. Before security, look by Checkpoint 6 or Ground Transportation Information on baggage claim. After security, A has points by A2 and A4. B by B3, B8 and B9. C by C2 and C3. D by D1, D3, D5 and D21. N by N1, N8/N9, N13 and N20, plus its mezzanine and train platform. S by S7 and S10. Central Terminal stations are by Hudson and Koi Shi Sushi.
SEA Visitor Pass. The free pass lets someone who isn’t flying go past security to meet family, shop and eat. Apply online on the day or up to seven days ahead. TSA approves each pass, and 300 are issued a day, first come, first served. With an approved pass, use the general screening lane at Checkpoint 4 from 5 a.m. Last entry is 9 p.m., and access ends at 10 p.m. The four-hour limit starts at your first passage through screening.
Wheelchair assistance. Call Prospect Airport Services at (206) 246-1550 on arrival for a free wheelchair from the Link station, baggage claim, garage or rental-car-shuttle drop-off to your airline’s ticket counter. The map marks assistance points by Doors 7, 9, 17, 23 and 27 and Skybridge 5. Arrange the next part with your airline before travel: its wheelchair service covers the trip from ticket counter to gate, between gates and back to baggage claim. If you arrive by rental-car shuttle, tell its driver so Prospect can meet you at the drop-off. The service is free.
