Privacy
What SEA Airport Guide collects when you read a page or write to us, why, and how to ask what we hold about you or have it deleted.
Who runs this site
SEA Airport Guide is published by Mastering Reselling Solutions, a company based in Alberta, Canada. We're responsible for the personal information this site handles. Questions about it go to [email protected].
What happens when you read a page
You don't need an account, and we don't set cookies of our own. To count visits, the pages run a visit counter that sets no cookies and keeps no profile of you. It records the page read, the site that sent you, your country and your type of device, and we see only totals. Like any website, it runs on a web host that receives your IP address and the details of each request, to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse.
What the pages don't load
Apart from that visit counter, the pages load no tracking pixels and no advertising scripts. Fonts, images and maps are served from this site itself, so reading a page tells nobody else that you did.
When you write to us
If you email us, we keep your message and your address so we can answer you, and so a correction we make can be traced back to the report that prompted it. We don't add you to any list, and we don't share your message with anyone.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to the airport, airlines, transit agencies and other operators, because they are the sources of what we publish. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and those apply once you follow a link.
Children
This site is written for travelers and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected]. We will ask you to confirm a request from the email address it concerns, and someone you authorise can ask for you. We won't treat you differently for using any of these rights. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or to the data protection authority where you live.
Who is responsible
The person in charge of personal information at Mastering Reselling Solutions is the Privacy officer, reachable at [email protected]. Questions and complaints go to the same address.
