Details

• All pre-arranged limo passengers must be pre-arranged fares.
• Vehicles must be chauffeur-driven, unmetered and unmarked luxury vehicles.
• Drivers check in at the Ground Transportation Booth, (206) 787-5906, on arrival before loading passengers on the third floor.
• Drivers may not loiter, solicit, wait or park on airport drives, and the airport has no staging facilities.
• The pre-arranged fare and chauffeur-driven vehicle rule took effect March 15, 2019.
• The Ground Transportation Booth is on the third level of the parking garage; phone (206) 787-5906.
• Operator permits are issued daily 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., credit cards only.
• For meet and greet, drivers park in the designated limo stalls on the 3rd floor of the parking garage in the Ground Transportation Plaza, print a pass and display it upright on the dash.
• Load and unload only in the Load and Unload Lanes; bus zones, through lanes and marked off areas are not permitted.
• A pre-arranged limousine may not pick up on the Departure Drive; it is cited for "loading on the wrong drive".
• For a meet and greet time extension, or for a vehicle that exceeds the 3rd-floor height limit, call the Ground Transportation office; the Port prints (206) 787-7143 for extensions and (206) 787-5906 for overheight directions.
• Out-of-state and Canadian limousine operators call (206) 787-7143.
• Olympia Airport Shuttle & Transportation, based in Thurston County, runs pre-arranged cars to and from SEA around the clock: 360-944-0606.
