What we correct

Locations, hours, rates, terminal assignments and access rules that the source has changed or that we recorded incorrectly. Opinions about a venue are not corrections.

Where our facts come from

Every location, rate and set of hours on this site comes from what the airport, an airline or an operator publishes, and our guides and listings name their sources and the date we last checked them. When a source and a report disagree, the source that can be checked wins, and we say on the page when the airport doesn't publish something at all rather than filling the gap.

What we can't correct

Today's gates, delays and cancellations are not on this site, so they are not ours to correct: your airline's app and the airport's departure boards have them. The same goes for a shop's prices or menu, which the airport doesn't publish.
