The map data lists Carousel 8 as temporarily closed. Smarte Carte luggage carts are at the IAF, baggage claim, the curbside and the garage. For missing or delayed bags, contact your airline directly: the Port says the airport doesn't handle baggage operations or have access to airline tracking systems.
