Showers at Seattle airport: five lounges, no public showers
SEA has no public showers. Five lounges after security list them, and The Club's S Concourse day pass is $60. Hours, entry and traveler reports.

Showers at SEA sit inside five lounges, all after security. The airport has no public ones, and the Terminal Getaway Spa lists none. The Club at SEA on the S Concourse sells a day pass for $60. The other four set their own entry rules, and SEA’s lounge page puts no price on a shower.
The five lounges the airport map tags with showers
Our showers and spa page records the same five, taken from the Port’s interactive map. The airport’s lounge page tells travelers to check each lounge’s own site for services and hours.
| Lounge | Where | Daily hours | Entry |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Club at SEA, S Concourse | Mezzanine above Gate S10, elevator by Gate S9 | 6 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. | Day pass $60, Club pass, Priority Pass, LoungeKey. Airline lounge memberships aren’t accepted |
| Delta Sky Club, A1 | Near Gate A1 | 4:15 a.m. to 11:15 p.m. | No day pass listed |
| Delta Sky Club and Delta One Lounge, A11 | Near Gate A11 | 5 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. | No day pass listed |
| Centurion Lounge | Central Terminal mezzanine above Evergreens, Pallino, Pei Wei and Lucky Louie Fish Shack | 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. | No day pass listed |
| British Airways Terraces Lounge | S Concourse mezzanine, by Gates S9 and S10 | 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. | No day pass listed |
The Club also runs an A Concourse lounge, with a $50 day pass. The airport map doesn’t tag it with showers, so ask at its desk before you count on one.
The Club’s own S Concourse page describes private showers. Its chain-wide FAQ tells guests to ask the lounge concierge whether a fee applies, so ask before you assume it’s free.
Our lounge guide covers entry for every SEA lounge, including the ones with no shower.
Which lounge fits your day
- Flight before 5 a.m: Delta Sky Club at A1 opens at 4:15 a.m., the earliest of the five.
- Landing late or leaving after midnight: The Club on the S Concourse stays open until 1:30 a.m. No other lounge on the list stays open past 11:15 p.m.
- No membership and no airline status: The Club’s S Concourse pass is the only priced door among the five. Entry runs up to 3 hours before departure, so a shower fits a longer layover but not a tight connection.
- International connection: Passengers who clear the IAF checkpoint exit into the A Concourse, where both Delta lounges sit. The Club at S is a Blue Line train ride from A.
- Flying out of N, C or D: None of the five sits there, so a shower means a train ride: the Yellow Line connects D and A, and the Blue Line runs from A to S.
What travelers report
Sho Datglobetrotter, filming the newer Delta Sky Club, showed a screen where you enter your contact details and join a virtual waiting list for a shower. The list was empty, so there was no wait.
At the Centurion, Mel’s Miles found a single all-gender shower suite in the restroom hallway. You check in with the front desk agent to use it. It has a luggage rack, a blow dryer and towels. It’s wheelchair accessible. Trips R Us also mentions the shower suites and says to check the American Express app for current hours and wait times.
A commenter under Mel’s Miles said the Centurion fills at peak times, with a long line at check-in. Trips R Us calls it extremely popular in the mornings and late afternoons. Another commenter was quoted an hour to join the list and another hour to get in, and went to an Alaska Lounge.
Mike Cannon Adventures hit an entry snag at The Club’s A Concourse lounge. It wouldn’t take the Condor business class tickets and asked $50 each. An American Express Platinum card got them in.
If no lounge door is open to you
The Terminal Getaway Spa is on the A Concourse near Gate A5, after security. Its listing has massage, facials, waxing and nail services, and no showers. The map shows it open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
The Port’s customer services and things-to-do pages list no showers. Its blog about the USO Center does list showers there, before security, for traveling military members and their families only (our USO guide has the hours). SEA publishes no day rooms or sleep pods either. Without a lounge door open to you, the fallback is an airport hotel. Our hotels page lists the courtesy shuttles, some of which run around the clock. It doesn’t say which hotels rent a room by the hour or let a walk-in use a shower, so ask before you ride out. SEA Customer Care answers daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific at (206) 787-5388.
