Vegetarian and vegan food at Seattle airport
Plant-based food at SEA by concourse: Floret at Gate A1 is all vegetarian, with picks on B, C, N and S, listed hours and which side of security.

Floret by Café Flora at Gate A1 is what the Port of Seattle calls a favorite for all-organic vegan and vegetarian food. The Port also says every dine-in or grab-and-go eatery at the airport offers a vegetarian option, so a burger counter isn’t a dead end. Vegans have less to go on, because the Port labels dishes as vegan at only a few places.
Every pick below is past security.
Where to eat, concourse by concourse
Hours are the listed hours in our food directory. Dishes are the ones the Port names in its vegetarian dining post, which gives no prices.
| Concourse | Place | Where | Listed hours | What the Port names |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A | Floret by Café Flora (sit-down) | Gate A1 | 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. | Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menu that changes with the season |
| A | Floret Grab & Go | Gate A1 | 4:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. | Espresso and grab-and-go counter, no dish named |
| B | LouLou Market and Bar | Gate B3 | 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. | Burrata, caprese |
| B | Qdoba | Gate B1 | 24 hours | Directory tags: burrito, salads |
| C | DISH D’LISH Food T’ Go Go | Gate C11 | 3:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. | Directory tags: salads, healthy, gluten free |
| C | Nanny’s | Concourse C | 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. | Vegetarian corn ribs, all-day breakfast with vegan sausage |
| D | None named | |||
| Central Terminal | Evergreens | Central Terminal | 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. | Salads, wraps and grain bowls |
| N | Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen & Bar | Gate N19 | 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. | Tofu banh mi, vegetarian salad rolls |
| N | Caffé D’arte | Gate N13 | 4:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. | Grilled portabella sandwich, salad, vegan cauliflower-crust pizza |
| S | Moe’s Indian Kitchen | Gate S2 | 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. | Half the menu is vegetarian: chickpea curry, laksa noodles, veggie samosas |
The Port names most of these. The Qdoba and DISH D’LISH rows come from directory tags. Our best-places-to-eat guide covers the rest of each concourse.
A Concourse: Floret is the anchor
The Port puts Floret at the beginning of the A gates and says everything on its sit-down menu is vegetarian, from salads to cinnamon rolls. Ask which dishes are also vegan.
Our directory also lists Caffé D’arte at Gate A10, open 4:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., with pizza and sandwiches among its tags. The Port’s plant-based picks describe the N Concourse shop, so the A10 menu may differ.
B, C and D
LouLou is the B Concourse pick. The Port calls it veggie fare with a French flair. Nanny’s is a barbecue place on the expanded C Concourse, and its corn ribs are vegetarian. Ask for the breakfast with vegan sausage in place of the meat.
The Port names no plant-based place on the D Concourse. A to D connect airside on foot, so a D flight can reach Floret, LouLou or Nanny’s without a train. Evergreens sits in the Central Terminal, and the Port says to follow the big green sign. Camden food co. at D5 and Ballard Brew Hall at D7 carry a “Healthy” tag in our directory. That is a directory tag, not a plant-based claim.
N and S need a train
The N and S Concourses aren’t joined to the rest on foot. The Blue Line links S, B and A Stations, and the Green Line links N, C and D Stations, with a train arriving every three minutes on each. The Yellow Line shuttle runs between A and D Stations to change between the two loops.
For an N or S flight, eat on N or S rather than riding the train back. On N, Bambuza and Caffé D’arte are the two plant-based picks. The Port calls the tofu banh mi and the salad rolls crisp vegetables with sautéed tofu and peanut sauce. On S, where the international airlines board, Moe’s is the pick, and our S Concourse airlines guide gives the route to S from the curb.
Vegan, in practice
Three places offer a vegan route: Floret has a vegan menu, Nanny’s swaps in vegan sausage and Caffé D’arte offers a vegan pizza. The Port also says that where there are burgers there are Impossible or Beyond Meat alternatives. The Port doesn’t call any other dish in the table vegan.
Moe’s samosas and Bambuza’s salad rolls are vegetarian on the Port’s page, and the page says nothing about sauces, broths or fryers.
Early flights, late arrivals and before security
Before 5 a.m., Floret Grab & Go, the Caffé D’arte shops, DISH D’LISH at C11 and Qdoba at B1 are open, and Qdoba never closes. Bambuza closes latest of the Port’s picks, at 11 p.m.
Before security, the Port names no plant-based spot. Our directory lists Urban Market at Bag Claim 7 and Starbucks at Bag Claim 6, with no plant-based tags. If you’d rather carry food through, our food-through-security guide says what makes it past the checkpoint.
