In C, Skillet near C10 opens at 4 a.m. Your gate matters more in N and S, where a meal in another concourse means a train ride.

SEA has no single food court

Capitol Hill Food Hall is one place to eat near A5 after security, open daily from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Food isn’t confined to that hall, and SEA lists places to eat in the Central Terminal and in A, B, C, D, N and S. A, B, C and D connect on foot after security. The airside Green Line serves N from C and D. The Blue Line serves S from A and B. The Yellow Line links the two loops at A and D. You can reach every gate from any main checkpoint, but allow time for the train and your walk back. If you’re going through a checkpoint before that detour, check SEA’s security hours and wait times.

Pick by what you want to eat

All places in this table are after security. Check our food directory for hours and locations.

For seafood, try Salty’s in the Central Terminal. Our directory lists fish and chips and clam chowder for Lucky Louie there. It lists sushi for Koi Shi, noodles and rice bowls for Pei Wei, and pasta and pizza for Pallino. In S, Moe’s is listed for curry. Near A5, Manchu Wok is listed for noodles, fried rice and egg rolls. The listings put Korean food and kimbap at SEA-KO near B3, teriyaki at Hachi-ko near C10F, and Vietnamese food at Bambuza near N19.

For cookies near A1, Lowrider Cookie Company lists daily hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Theo Chocolate is at A1 with the same hours. Both are after security. In C, Seattle Chocolate is by C2 after security, open daily from 6 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. At N20, NATALIE’S Candy Jar is after security. It lists 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday through Sunday.

Our food directory marks Salty’s, Lucky Louie, Floret at A1, DISH D’LISH at C11, and Skillet at C10 as having gluten-free options. After security, the listings also mark Floret Grab & Go at A1, Seattle Beer Union at A10, Rel’Lish Burger Lounge at B7, and Poke To The Max at D6. In N, Pike and Pine at N2 is also marked for gluten-free options and lists daily hours of 4:15 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Lil Woody’s at N8, Open Space Tap Room at N10, and Skillet at N18 carry the same mark. Their listed hours are below, except N18 Skillet’s, which appear in the N section. Ask the counter about ingredients if you need to avoid gluten.

BrewTop Social, Ninth and Pike, Bambuza and P.F. Chang’s carry the Priority Pass tag in our directory, so check them first if you have a membership. For snacks, Emerald City Market is a grab-and-go shop after security, open daily 4 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Its listing gives no gate.

If you’re still outside security

You have fewer choices before screening. Sourced Market is by Door 25 and lists daily hours of 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. Neighborhood Cafe lists hours of 4 a.m. to 9 p.m. Its venue listing gives no precise map point.

On the baggage claim level, Starbucks by Bag Claim 6 lists 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Urban Market by Bag Claim 7 lists 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. If those doors are shut, the 7-Eleven by Baggage Claim 15 lists 24-hour service. The food directory categorizes it as a shop with snacks. You still need to clear a main checkpoint to reach any gate, so check its hours before choosing a baggage claim stop.

Early, late, or short on time

For an overnight stop after security, Qdoba near B1, Starbucks in the Central Terminal and Dilettante Chocolates & Mocha Cafe in the Central Terminal all list daily 24-hour service. If restaurant counters are shut, Hudson in the Central Terminal lists daily 24-hour service. Hudson shops in the concourses sell snacks too: A4 lists 3:45 a.m. to midnight and D6 lists 3:30 a.m. to midnight. In the Khiz & Eesa A through D walkthrough, one traveler reported finding many Central Terminal shops shut around 4 a.m., even though a cafe was open. At 4 a.m., Skillet near C10 and McDonald’s near B1 are listed open.

If you’re headed to N, eat there once you arrive so you can skip a return trip on the Green Line. Along with the places in the table, Skillet near N18 lists daily hours of 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. In Innerchie’s N concourse video, one traveler reported finding several shops shut and buying breakfast at Wendy’s near N11. Wendy’s lists daily 4:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.

On a short connection through C, our food directory lists grab-and-go sandwiches, salads and snacks for DISH D’LISH at C11. In D, it lists sandwiches and snacks for Urban Market at D2, and grab-and-go breakfast and sandwiches for Camden food co. at D5. Near A1, Floret Grab & Go opens at 4:30 a.m. Before security, Sourced Market by Door 25 is listed for grab-and-go sandwiches, with hours of 4 a.m. to 10 p.m.
