Cruise Charter Buses at SEA: Where They Leave From

Charter and cruise buses at SEA load from the North East Charter Bus Lot on garage Floor 1. Walk from Carousel 16, cross the skybridge, take the blue elevator.

For a booked cruise charter, go to the North East Charter Bus Lot on Floor 1 of SEA’s parking garage. Head toward Carousel 16 in baggage claim.

Once everyone has collected their bags, call SEA’s Ground Transportation Booth at 206-787-5906. The Port of Seattle says that call dispatches your charter bus.

Walk there from baggage claim

You don’t need to go outside to the Arrivals Drive. Take your group and bags this way:

  1. At Carousel 16, take the elevator or escalator up to Level 4, marked Parking.
  2. Cross the skybridge into the parking garage. Look for the blue and white striped elevator bank.
  3. Ride that elevator to Floor 1. Follow the Cruise and Charter Buses signs along the white gated pathway to the North East Charter Bus Lot.

If someone in your group sees rail signs, stay with the charter bus route above.

Check which ride you booked

The Port of Seattle also says you can buy a bus transfer from your cruise line, but its cruise transfer advice doesn’t assign every cruise-line bus to this lot. Check the pickup instructions in your booking. If they don’t name a place, ask the operator before your group moves.

Premier Airport Shuttle has a kiosk on garage Floor 3, reached by Skybridge 4, and offers seasonal scheduled cruise transfers. Bellevue Airport and Cruise Shuttle boards on Level 3, Island 2A, between Skybridges 3 and 4. For a scheduled airporter at the curb, use the airporter check-in counter inside near Door 00 in the Gina Marie Lindsey Arrivals Hall. Then go past Carousel 1 to the south end of the Arrivals Drive and look outside Doors 00 and 02.

If your charter falls through, follow our light rail directions to Westlake Station downtown. From there, the Port of Seattle says a taxi or rideshare can take you to your cruise terminal. It estimates six minutes by car to Bell Street Cruise Terminal at Pier 66 and 15 minutes to Smith Cove Cruise Terminal at Pier 91. For a ride from the airport, taxis wait at the north and south curbs of garage Level 3. Ordinary app rideshares meet passengers in stalls 1–34 in the middle of that level.
