- Once passengers have deplaned and collected their luggage, they can be picked up outside Baggage Claim.
- Accessible loading zones are available at least every 100 feet on the Arrivals and Departures drives, and the entire Arrivals Drive is accessible with a zero curb. If you have a disability that limits mobility, you can pre-arrange with your driver to be picked up on the Arrivals Drive.
- Airport Drive Cameras show traffic on the drives.
- In the mornings the Arrivals drive tends to be much faster than the Departures drive.
